It was only two weeks earlier that Khosrow, for the first time ever, stepped aboard a 25-foot sailboat to earn his ASA 101 and 103 at Blue Pacific Yachting Sailing School in Marina del Rey with ASA instructors Frank Duke and Frances Weber.
